1:1 PERSONAL COACHING
Custom sessions, just for you and your goals. Work directly with Adrienne in personalized coaching sessions that are tailored to your experience level, needs, and ambitions. Whether you're easing back into fitness, building strength for the first time, or training for performance, you'll get a thoughtful program designed just for you. These sessions focus on proper form and technique, sustainable progress and goal-setting, and building strength & confidence at your pace.
Partner coaching
Train with someone you trust—and still get a personalized experience. Bring a friend, partner, or family member and train together in a session designed to fit both of your goals. These 2-on-1 sessions balance structure with flexibility, and offer motivation, accountability, and shared wins. You'll both receive personalized attention, tailored exercises, and a shared yet individualized path to progress.
Small Group Training
The strength of a community. The focus of personal coaching. Power(ful) Hour blends the energy of a small class with the attention to detail you would expect from 1:1 training. Limited to just 6 participants, each session is designed to help you lift smart, move with intention, and feel strong inside and out. Both introductory and intermediate levels offered.​
