Adrienne Eades is a NASM-certified personal trainer and 200-hour psychologically sensitive yoga instructor based in Chicago, IL — but to her clients, she’s much more than that. With a background in Studio Art and French, Adrienne brings a creative, intuitive, and deeply human approach to movement.

She fell in love with the power of exercise not just for how it strengthens the body, but for how it soothes the mind and sparks transformation. Whether through yoga, strength training, or running, Adrienne empowers others to reconnect with their bodies, find clarity, and build confidence from the inside out.
